Who We Are!
Silver Link Strategies helps build businesses while bridging the gap between the businesses, the governments, and people. We also create and support data driven economic policy and advise on culturally informed economic development strategies.
Founder & Principal
Maame Adobea “May” Amoyaw, Ed.D., is the Founder and Principal of Silver Link Strategies and one of the few practitioners working at the full intersection of business development, economic development, and economic policy. She started her career in community engagement, developing a deep fluency in how cities work and who gets left out when they do not. For over a decade she has led large-scale planning projects, creative placemaking initiatives, art based economic development, investment attraction strategies, and brand campaigns rooted in the authentic identity of the places and people she works with. May holds a Doctorate of Education from American University. She is, above all, a bridge builder between governments, businesses and the communities they want to enter, between cultural identity and economic strategy, and between the people who make policy and the people it's supposed to serve.
